How to Create and Use an AI Chatbot
Follow the simple steps below to integrate an AI chatbot into your system.
Click "Create A New Chatbot" on Account Information page to start building your chatbot.
Or on the Bots & Training page, click the "Create a New Chatbot" button to start building your chatbot.
Fill in the relevant information and choose the chatbot type and style.
Upload files to train the chatbot according to your needs.
Finally, click the "Create Bot" button to finish creating your chatbot.
After creating the chatbot, you can ask it a few questions to test its responses.
Click on "Account Information" in the dashboard. Under "Your Chatbots", choose the chatbot you want to edit.
On the chatbot edit page, update the chatbot information and style as needed.
You can also upload a new file to retrain the chatbot.
Finally, click the "Update Bot" button to save your changes.
In the "Bot Embed Code" section, click "Generate Embed Code".
Once the popup appears, copy the generated code and paste it into your website.
