In the AI360 chatbot interface, select the "Bots & Training" tab → Click the "Connect with Zalo" button.
The browser will redirect to the Zalo screen requesting Official Account access permissions.
- Check all listed permissions
- Check the box "I have read and agree..."
- Click "Grant Permission" to complete
After successfully granting permissions, return to AI360 to configure auto-reply:
- Choose "Time Frame" or "Keywords" as needed
- Click "Save Options" to complete the setup
Now it's time to test the actual connection:
- Access your personal Zalo
- Find the connected Official Account
- Send a simple test message like "Hello!"
